Building muscles or losing weight is a long term process and commitment. To be successful, it must become your lifestyle or a habit. So, if you are following a 5 day or an 8 day program or some sort, rest assured that its effect would not be permanent or worse you will not lose weight at all. That is why i decided to write this How to Build Muscle and Lose Fat article to give you advise or information on how to lose fat and build muscle.


  • the best way to build muscle is to make yourself stronger. Engage in sports, or any activities that will make you stronger. Go to the gym, and have some strength training, and have or develop your own exercise technique. 
  • Proper nutrition is vital. Eat food that are high in protein. Eat fish, fruits, vegetables, whole grain food and drink plenty of water. Limit your junk food and quit drinking soda. 
  • Do 15-30 minutes of cardio at least three times a week. This will burn fat and cut down calories
  • Don't starve yourself 
  • Motivation is the key! Keep yourself motivated and make sure to track your progress.

Remember* Do not believe any hype that in any TV ads, or in magazines. You won’t get ripped in a matter of days or weeks.
